Job Requirements
- 5 or more years of experience in accreditation operations
- Experience in single-sport, multi-venue events
- Experience leading multi-cultural teams
- Experience working across different time zones
- Fluent in English
- Proficient in MS Office including Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Willingness to travel and reside at event venues during tournament
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Football (soccer) accreditation knowledge is a plus
- FIFA accreditation knowledge is a plus
- Effective interpersonal communication skills
- Influencing and negotiation skills
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Good judgement and integrity
- Experience in leading multi-cultural teams
- Comfortable working in multi-lingual environments
Job Duties
- Represent FIFA accreditation interests in assigned regional cluster overseeing multiple host city venue accreditation sites
- Manage and coordinate Accreditation Operations Managers, Venue Accreditation Operations Managers and site staff within the cluster
- Assist in developing and implementing accreditation policies and procedures
- Plan and assure delivery of fully equipped Accreditation Centres including technology and equipment
- Develop requirements, tender, select and manage suppliers for Accreditation consumables
- Coordinate with Access Management Department for accreditation access control and system testing
- Manage accreditation consumable stock for all venues in assigned cluster
- Travel within cluster for pre-event planning and reside at venue during event window as needed
