Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or hospitality preferred
- minimum of 3 years of experience in finance, accounting or business operations
- at least 2 years of experience in the hospitality industry
- previous accounting manager or related experience is a plus
- ability to work on property, not remote

Job Duties
- Manage daily financial operations and month-end closing processes
- analyze and interpret financial data to support business decisions
- collaborate with hotel departments to ensure accurate revenue and expense accounting
- oversee use of accounting and expense management systems such as Birchstreet, M3, Hotel Effectiveness, and ProfitSword
- prepare comprehensive financial reports and forecasts
- ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures
- support budget preparation and monitoring
