Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred
- 3-6 years of relevant accounting management experience
- Experience in hotel or luxury resort accounting highly desirable
- Familiarity with residential accounting and high-net-worth client service
- Proficiency in relevant accounting software and MS Excel
- Excellent command of English language
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proven leadership and team management experience
- Availability to work flexible hours as required
Job Qualifications
- 3-6 years of progressive accounting management experience preferably in a hotel
- Previous experience with residential accounting procedures and handling high-net-worth homeowners
- Experience overseeing a team
- Computer literacy with excellent Excel skills
- Knowledge of Sun, Opera, BirchStreet Systems preferred
- Excellent reading, writing, and oral English proficiency
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask effectively
- Skilled in negotiation, organization, delegation, and working under pressure
- Strategic, analytical thinking and solid business acumen
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

Job Duties
- Understand and possess a working knowledge of the Accounting & Finance Manual
- Ability to independently handle month-end process including preparation and production of financial statements, accruals, and journal entries
- Maintain reconciliations for all balance sheet accounts in established corporate formats and in accordance with USALI and generally accepted accounting principles
- Work in close partnership with Director of Residences supporting all financial aspects of the Residential operation
- Prepare, review, and present annual Residential Rental Budget and annual Residential Homeowner Association Budget
- Manage forecast, budget, reconciliations, and audits of Residential Accounting ensuring compliance with policies and financial integrity
- Ensure prompt and accurate billing and timely collection follow-up for all Residential accounts
- Direct and supervise payroll, accounts payable, and general cashiering as directed by Assistant Director of Finance
- Perform daily, monthly, and periodic accounting and financial reporting accurately and timely
- Assist Assistant Director of Finance with internal controls to safeguard assets
- Support department managers on labor standards, payroll, and related issues
- Maintain harmonious and professional relationships with all departments
- Provide cross-coverage for Finance Department employees on leave
- Assist with staffing including hiring and performance reviews
- Assist in other accounting office areas as needed
