Job Requirements

  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
  • Ability to lift and move items up to 25-30 lbs
  • Ability to engage in frequent phone and in-person conversations daily

Job Qualifications

  • Strong attention to detail and multi-tasking ability
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous office, administrative, or customer service experience preferred
  • Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience with accounts payable, billing (A/R)

Job Duties

  • Greet visitors, clients, and vendors in a professional and welcoming manner
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate staff
  • Manage mail, deliveries, and incoming correspondence
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area and conference room
  • Assist with scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and data entry
  • Maintain office supplies and assist with ordering when necessary
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Handle miscellaneous duties when not occupied directly with patients, visitors or telephone calls
  • Keep the front desk and main lobby area clean, tidy and stocked with proper information
  • Sort staff mail
  • Support general accounting functions and maintain organized records
  • Collaborate with the accounting team to improve efficiency and accuracy
  • Act in a friendly and reassuring manner in all interactions with patients and visitors
