Job Requirements
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift and move items up to 25-30 lbs
- Ability to engage in frequent phone and in-person conversations daily
Job Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and multi-tasking ability
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous office, administrative, or customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with accounts payable, billing (A/R)
Job Duties
- Greet visitors, clients, and vendors in a professional and welcoming manner
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate staff
- Manage mail, deliveries, and incoming correspondence
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area and conference room
- Assist with scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and data entry
- Maintain office supplies and assist with ordering when necessary
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Handle miscellaneous duties when not occupied directly with patients, visitors or telephone calls
- Keep the front desk and main lobby area clean, tidy and stocked with proper information
- Sort staff mail
- Support general accounting functions and maintain organized records
- Collaborate with the accounting team to improve efficiency and accuracy
- Act in a friendly and reassuring manner in all interactions with patients and visitors
