Job Requirements

  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
  • ability to lift and move items up to 25-30 lbs
  • ability to engage in frequent phone and in-person conversations daily

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous office, administrative, or customer service experience preferred
  • excellent communication skills
  • strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • professional appearance

  • ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • experience with accounts payable and billing (A/R)

Job Duties

  • Greet visitors, clients, and vendors in a professional and welcoming manner
  • answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate staff
  • manage mail, deliveries, and incoming correspondence
  • maintain a clean and organized reception area and conference room
  • assist with scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and data entry
  • maintain office supplies and assist with ordering when necessary
  • handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • handle miscellaneous duties when not occupied directly with patients, visitors or telephone calls
  • keep the front desk and main lobby area clean, tidy and stocked with proper information
  • sort staff mail
  • support general accounting functions and maintain organized records
  • collaborate with the accounting team to improve efficiency and accuracy
  • act in a friendly and reassuring manner in all interactions with patients and visitors
