Job Requirements
- Complete a background investigation with favorable results
- ability to work irregular schedules including weekends, holidays, and all shifts
- must be eligible to work in the United States

Job Qualifications
- Knowledge of property management system to trace discrepancies in funds
- knowledge of word processing and accounts receivable programs
- ability to perform extensive balancing and reconciling of accounts
- ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures and governmental regulations
- ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
- computer proficiency in standard office software
- ability to effectively present information and respond to questions
- basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, ratios, and percent computations
- ability to apply common sense to instructions
- problem-solving skills in standardized situations
- ability to read, speak, and write English
Job Duties
- Provide general office and financial support to lodging management
- prepare general correspondence and budget submissions
- process all purchase orders and receiving reports in internet based purchasing software
- monitor current projects to ensure delivery of items on order
- prepare lodging time records for payroll processing and assist with payroll discrepancies
- track labor hours to ensure compliance with Air Force Guidance
- act as approval official for Non-appropriated Fund Government Purchase Card (NAF GPC)/Purchase Card (P-Card) Program
- review night audit reports and resolve out-of-balance accounts or reports
- work with Guest Service Representatives to fix posting errors
- work directly with guest or unit in collecting fees
- prepare bills
- answer Guest Folio phone inquiries and follow ups
- conduct research to assist NAF Accounting Office in balancing accounts receivable
- prepare monthly surcharge calculation
- process daily credit card deposits
- review NAF Transformation (NAF-T) reports
- control petty cash fund
- assist designated records custodian of lodging files and Automated Data Processing Equipment (ADPE)
- serve as back-up administrator for the lodging automated data system
- update user codes, reports, batches, contract-lodging codes, rates, transaction codes
- coordinate room code changes through AFSVA
- verify backups of database
- assist supervisor in overseeing lodging awards program, scheduling team socials, and working with section manager for activities
- act as commercial hotel liaison
- perform additional duties as assigned
