- Prior experience in accounting or bookkeeping preferred
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

- Proficiency in computer software related to accounting
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally

Job Duties
- Calculates and enters service charges and tips for all employees
- Manages day to day accounting operations and communication of data with partners and clients
- Data entry, AP, and AR responsibilities
- Assists Controller with reports and weekly closing procedures
- Verifies, allocates and posts details of business transactions to subsidiary accounts
- Summarizes details in ledgers or computer files and transfers data to general ledger
- Reconciles and balances accounts
- Calculates employee wages from time cards and submits payroll registers for payment
- May prepare tax reports
- Communicates with customers and resolves complaints
- Represents the company in all interactions to ensure customer satisfaction
- Performs other duties as assigned
