Job Requirements
- high school diploma or GED certification
- 1-2 years of relevant HR or administrative experience
- basic reading, writing, and math skills
- strong customer service skills
- financial management proficiency
- ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- knowledge of HR and accounting principles
- ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- assist with payroll guidance
- assist with staffing updates and obtain approvals for hiring exceptions
- support recruitment initiatives with property leadership and hiring managers
- communicate company rules and regulations via the Associate Handbook
- coordinate and facilitate new hire orientation
- identify workplace safety awareness and help decrease accident frequency
- ensure HR and accounting recordkeeping meets auditor and government requirements
- assist with invoice coding and entry
- reconcile invoices and resolve discrepancies
- issue invoices to customers and external partners
- maintain digital and physical financial records
