Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, human resources, business administration, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in accounting and human resources management
- Proficient with payroll processing and HRIS systems
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with safety protocols and workplace compliance regulations
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, human resources, business administration, or related field
- Proven experience in both accounting and HR management roles
- Strong understanding of payroll systems and HR practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulatory compliance
Job Duties
- Assist with payroll guidance
- Assist with staffing updates and obtaining approvals for hiring exceptions
- Provide applicant eligibility and rehire status
- Support recruitment initiatives with property leadership and hiring managers
- Communicate company rules and regulations via the Associate Handbook
- Promote workplace safety and reduce accident frequency
- Facilitate new hire orientation to align with organizational culture
- Work with management to identify strengths, weaknesses, and job satisfaction issues
- Ensure HR and accounting recordkeeping compliance with auditors and government agencies
- Assist with invoice coding and entry
- Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies
- Issue invoices to customers and external partners as needed
- Maintain digital and physical financial records
