Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in account management or business operations
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of food safety standards such as FDA and HACCP
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work onsite at George Bush Intercontinental Airport in Houston
- Flexibility to work Tuesday through Saturday with Sundays and Mondays off
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in account management or business operations
- Strong presentation, communication, training, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to understand and meet customer expectations
- Demonstrated knowledge of product and labor cost drivers with experience analyzing and managing cost variances
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Windows-based applications
Job Duties
- Develop and maintain excellent relationships with assigned accounts and act as a liaison between the Customer Service Center, the airline, and the Key Account Manager
- Ensure accurate billing and provisioning to the airline
- Maintain daily par levels and inventory control according to customer standards
- Ensure timely and accurate equipment inventory
- Ensure on-time departure of all flights using catering guidelines
- Support respective departments regarding all airline cycle changes
- Monitor and ensure compliance with customer specifications, equipment, policies, and procedures such as FDA and HACCP in cooperation with the Quality Manager
- Maintain customer specifications and monitor changes
- Ensure airline measurement systems are considered in each department
- Coordinate and participate in all CSC evaluations by the customer and distribute feedback to department managers ensuring timely responses
- Monitor and ensure CSC compliance with airline safety expectations
- Develop, document, and maintain flight attendant comment and delay database
- Support Executive Chef in menu presentations and assist in Chef tables
- Track quality scores
- Ensure par levels of customer inventory and customer-specific goods
- Participate in special customer projects
- Ensure that the area of responsibility is properly organized, staffed, and directed
- Guide, motivate, and develop subordinate employees within Human Resources policy
- Participate in coaching the Global Performance System process and career development activities
- Embody the company’s values and management principles within the department
- Plan, implement, and control the cost budget and take corrective actions as needed
- Participate in and support company-sponsored initiatives such as Global Quality Standard, HACCP, Lean Manufacturing, and Employee Safety
