Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Minimum 2 years relevant experience in account management or business operations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze and manage cost variances
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work on-site at Austin-Bergstrom International Airport
  • Commitment to customer service excellence

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in account management or business operations
  • Strong presentation, communication, training, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to understand and meet customer expectations
  • Knowledge of product and labor cost drivers
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Windows-based applications

Job Duties

  • Develop and maintain excellent relationship with assigned accounts and act as liaison between CSC, airline and Key Account Manager
  • Ensure accurate billing and provisioning to the airline
  • Maintain daily par levels and inventory control according to customer standards
  • Ensure timely and accurate equipment inventory
  • Ensure on-time departure of all flights using catering guidelines
  • Support departments regarding airline cycle changes
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with customer specifications and industry regulations in cooperation with Quality Manager
