Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience in account management or business operations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze and manage cost variances
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work on-site at Austin-Bergstrom International Airport
- Commitment to customer service excellence
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in account management or business operations
- Strong presentation, communication, training, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to understand and meet customer expectations
- Knowledge of product and labor cost drivers
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Windows-based applications
Job Duties
- Develop and maintain excellent relationship with assigned accounts and act as liaison between CSC, airline and Key Account Manager
- Ensure accurate billing and provisioning to the airline
- Maintain daily par levels and inventory control according to customer standards
- Ensure timely and accurate equipment inventory
- Ensure on-time departure of all flights using catering guidelines
- Support departments regarding airline cycle changes
- Monitor and ensure compliance with customer specifications and industry regulations in cooperation with Quality Manager
