Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum of 3 years experience in hospitality or reservation roles
  • management experience preferred
  • excellent verbal and written communication
  • ability to work under pressure
  • flexibility to work full-time hours

  • develop and implement reservation strategies

  • resolve complex guest issues related to reservations
