Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • lead and manage the reservations team
  • oversee daily reservation operations and ensure accuracy
  • develop and implement strategies to optimize booking processes
  • collaborate with other departments to enhance customer satisfaction
  • monitor performance metrics and prepare reports
  • train and mentor team members
  • resolve escalated customer issues effectively
