Job Requirements

  • 1-year certificate from college or technical school or 3-6 months related experience or equivalent combination
  • Strong communication skills including reading writing and speaking
  • Basic math skills including discounts percentages algebra and geometry
  • Ability to talk and hear regularly and use hands and arms
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with team help or equipment for heavier items
  • Meet vision requirements
  • Complete required training and maintain a safety-first mindset in a moderate-noise manufacturing environment

Job Duties

  • Handle inbound and outbound sales calls turning inquiries into lasting partnerships
  • Manage orders from quoting prices to coordinating deliveries and collaborating with production sales and technical teams
  • Act as liaison between customers and internal management production and R&D teams sharing insights on competitor technology and new specs
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback on product performance resolving issues swiftly
  • Input orders maintain files and communicate via phone email fax or in-person to ensure smooth operations
  • Make proactive sales calls to uncover opportunities and exceed customer expectations
