Job Requirements

  • must have associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • minimum of two years related experience or training
  • must be able to drive manual transmission
  • must have and maintain a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • must be at least 18 years old
  • able to pass criminal background, motor vehicle record, and drug screen

  • knowledge of general business practices including accounting, human resources, and customer service
  • ability to drive manual transmission
  • valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • at least 18 years of age

Job Duties

  • understand and drive business metrics and performance measurements to ensure effectiveness, high performance and compliance
  • improve the financial performance and profitability of the account
  • understand the contractual agreement and recognize ways to maximize opportunities
  • positively move the metrics for forecasting, productivity, claims, customer service, and turnover
  • manage scheduling, overtime, tip reporting, and timekeeping for associates under direct supervision
  • ensure forecasts, payroll and accounting reports are accurate and timely
  • utilize standardized business systems and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
  • actively engage in recruitment and hiring processes
  • foster an environment that retains talented associates
  • respond proactively to associate feedback and suggestions
  • provide proper orientation and on-the-job training for new associates
  • recognize great performance and provide opportunities for growth
  • coach and train where improvement is needed
  • conduct regular performance appraisals and provide feedback
  • hold effective associate meetings and shift huddles
  • practice positive discipline and maintain performance documentation
  • delegate decision making and responsibilities effectively
  • ensure consistent delivery of guest/patient service experience
  • allocate labor resources efficiently
  • forecast and plan for seasonal business variances with management
  • integrate and complement client service standards
  • drive results based on client service metrics
  • develop working relationships with clients’ staff
  • maintain regular communication with clients and follow through on commitments
  • maintain high site visibility
  • focus the team on exceeding client expectations
  • capitalize on opportunities to grow business by building client loyalty
  • utilize systems to control assets and expenditures
  • train others on systems use
  • maintain a clean and neat work environment
  • complete tasks timely as instructed
  • cooperate with management and coworkers to meet service needs
  • treat clients and associates with courtesy, respect, and dignity
  • maintain confidentiality of associate and client information

  • report all accidents and incidents immediately
  • operate equipment safely
  • report safety concerns
  • ensure training in safety and loss prevention
  • report claims timely and cooperate with Risk Management
  • follow progressive disciplinary process for claims and safety violations
  • respond promptly to safety concerns
  • manage on-the-job injury reporting and worker’s compensation
  • adhere to employment and payroll policies to limit claims exposure
  • maintain relationships with clients for references and new leads
  • advise leadership of client management or brand changes
  • monitor client business changes to identify growth opportunities
