Job Requirements

  • must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • must be at least 18 years of age
  • must be able to drive manual transmission
  • pass a criminal background check
  • pass a motor vehicle record check
  • pass a drug screen
  • able to lift and move up to 50 pounds frequently and up to 75 pounds occasionally
  • able to push and pull weights up to 100 pounds frequently
  • able to stand, walk, climb stairs and perform physical tasks
  • able to work extended hours including evenings and weekends
  • travel up to 10 percent may be required

Job Qualifications

  • associate's degree preferred
  • minimum of two years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • knowledge of general business practices including accounting, human resources and customer service
  • ability to drive manual transmission
  • valid driver's license with clean driving record
  • ability to pass a criminal background check, motor vehicle record check and drug screen

Job Duties

  • understands and drives business metrics and performance measurements to ensure effectiveness, high performance and compliance
  • demonstrates the ability to improve the financial performance and profitability of the account
  • understands the contractual agreement and recognizes ways to maximize opportunities
  • manages scheduling, overtime, tip reporting and timekeeping for associates
  • ensures forecasts, payroll and accounting reports are on time and accurate
  • is actively engaged in recruitment, hiring, and training processes
  • fosters an environment that retains talented associates
  • recognizes great performance and provides coaching and opportunities for growth
  • ensures consistent guest and patient service experience on all shifts
  • develops cohesive working relationships with clients and maintains regular communication
  • fully understands and utilizes business systems to control assets and expenditures
  • understands and adheres to safety and security procedures
  • maintains relationships with present clients to obtain references and leads for new opportunities
