Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college or a high school diploma/GED with at least 4 years of experience in services
- 3-5 years experience with good mechanical aptitude
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to build trusting relationships with internal customers and suppliers
- Hands-on knowledge and experience of directional drilling
- Experience leading, mentoring and motivating technical teams
- Problem solving skills
- Ability to work in different environments including on-shore and customer locations
- Willingness to undergo product training
Job Qualifications

- 3-5 years experience with good mechanical aptitude
- Demonstrated excellent communication skills and ability to build trusting relationships with internal customers and suppliers
- Good hands-on knowledge and experience of directional drilling
- Experience leading, mentoring and motivating teams in a technical environment
- Experienced problem solver with a methodical approach to solving complex customer issues
- Ability to work in a variety of environments including on-shore facilities and customer locations
- Willingness to gain industry experience and undergo product line training
Job Duties
- Fielding resource deployment planning and execution to meet customer and business metrics
- Interface with the customer service managers on issues escalation
- Developing long range forecast for region resource needs
- Develop and execute short and long-range resource plans based on resource forecasts and region business commitments including recruitment, skills reviews, and resource development through advance level training
- Working together with people from the business unit providing guidance, activity planning and technical explanations
- Handling standardized project processes with guidelines for choosing the right actions
- Handling targeted clients working on predefined contracts and frameworks with some latitude to deviate from conditions
