Job Requirements
- High school or GED required
- valid driver’s license and clean driving record within MVR policy guidelines
- ability to perform physical activities including lifting over 50 pounds, bending, reaching, and kneeling
- willingness to follow established safety, health, environment, and quality procedures
- ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams
- ability to manage multiple customer accounts
- capacity to work independently and as part of a team
- ability to travel within assigned sales territory
- prior sales experience preferred
Job Qualifications
- High school or GED required
- bachelor’s degree preferred
- 1+ years of general work experience
- 1+ years of previous sales experience preferred
- food/beverage industry experience a plus
- ability to handle multiple customer accounts
- strong attention to detail and follow-up skills
- excellent planning and organization skills
- proficient computer application skills
- ability to create and conduct sales presentations preferred

Job Duties
- Execute and close all sales calls
- sell in incremental displays and equipment placements
- sell in promotional programs and ensure dealer compliance
- stay in connection with a sales call and maintain appropriate inventory levels
- maintain company assets and point of sale
- ensure account meets company merchandising standards
- determine stores' product needs and place coupled orders
- communicate account activities to appropriate parties
- transport, replace, and maintain point of sale advertising
- build, change, and remove product displays
- maintain product signage
- clean product space and secure damaged or defective product
- periodic lifting of 50+ pounds, bending, reaching, and kneeling
- provide customer service by answering questions and assisting consumers and store personnel
- ensure proper rotation in outlets and identify expired or damaged product
- create proper credits for returned products
- follow Coca-Cola repacking standards to reduce product returns
- follow company safety, health, environment, and quality procedures
- participate actively in hazard mitigation
- complete assigned health and safety training
