Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience
  • Previous sales experience preferred
  • Ability to lift 50 plus pounds and perform physical merchandising tasks
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Proficiency in computer applications
  • Willingness to travel within assigned sales territory

Job Qualifications

  • High school or GED required
  • Bachelor degree preferred
  • 1 plus years of general work experience
  • 1 plus years previous sales experience preferred
  • Food/beverage industry experience a plus
  • Ability to handle multiple customer accounts
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills
  • Excellent planning and organization skills
  • Proficient computer application skills
  • Ability to create and conduct sales presentations required
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record within MVR policy guidelines

Job Duties

  • Execute and close all sales calls
  • Sell incremental displays and equipment placements as well as promotional programs while ensuring dealer compliance
  • Maintain proper communication during and after sales calls
  • Maintain appropriate inventory levels as well as determine product needs
  • Maintain company assets and point of sale materials
  • Ensure accounts meet company merchandising standards
  • Place and transmit appropriate orders within existing geographical sales routes
  • Communicate account activities to appropriate parties
  • Transport, replace, and maintain point of sale advertising as appropriate for accounts
  • Periodically lifting 50 plus pounds with the ability to bend, reach, kneel and merchandise as needed
  • Build, change and remove product displays which will include but not limited to maintaining product signage, cleaning product spaces, and securing damaged or defective product
  • Act as an ambassador by answering questions, locating products, and providing assistance to consumers and store personnel
