Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience
- Previous sales experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50 plus pounds and perform physical merchandising tasks
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Proficiency in computer applications
- Willingness to travel within assigned sales territory
Job Qualifications
- High school or GED required
- Bachelor degree preferred
- 1 plus years of general work experience
- 1 plus years previous sales experience preferred
- Food/beverage industry experience a plus
- Ability to handle multiple customer accounts
- Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills
- Excellent planning and organization skills
- Proficient computer application skills
- Ability to create and conduct sales presentations required
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record within MVR policy guidelines
Job Duties
- Execute and close all sales calls
- Sell incremental displays and equipment placements as well as promotional programs while ensuring dealer compliance
- Maintain proper communication during and after sales calls
- Maintain appropriate inventory levels as well as determine product needs
- Maintain company assets and point of sale materials
- Ensure accounts meet company merchandising standards
- Place and transmit appropriate orders within existing geographical sales routes
- Communicate account activities to appropriate parties
- Transport, replace, and maintain point of sale advertising as appropriate for accounts
- Periodically lifting 50 plus pounds with the ability to bend, reach, kneel and merchandise as needed
- Build, change and remove product displays which will include but not limited to maintaining product signage, cleaning product spaces, and securing damaged or defective product
- Act as an ambassador by answering questions, locating products, and providing assistance to consumers and store personnel
