Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 2 years experience in logistics, freight brokerage, or related field
- proficiency in shipment coordination and account management
- strong computer skills, including experience with EDI and order entry software
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
- excellent communication and organizational skills
- valid driver’s license

Job Duties
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts
- coordinate shipment builds, order entry (manual and EDI), and scheduling
- facilitate route optimizations through efficient routing and planning
- maximize revenue and load volume while delivering top-tier service
- maintain weekly communication with all assigned clients
- foster and grow customer relationships through trust and performance
- provide accurate quoting and pricing by collaborating with the pricing and sales team
- ensure precise billing and collaborate with Credit on payment issues
- anticipate customer needs and resolve shipping challenges efficiently
- collaborate cross-functionally to meet and exceed customer expectations
