Job Requirements
- High school or GED required
- Minimum of 1 year general work experience
- Preferred 1+ years sales experience
- Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Capability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical merchandising tasks
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Proficiency in computer applications
- Ability to deliver sales presentations
Job Qualifications
- High school or GED required/bachelor degree preferred
- 1+ years of general work experience
- 1+ years previous sales experience preferred
- Food/beverage industry experience a plus
- Ability to handle multiple customer accounts
- Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills
- Excellent planning and organization skills
- Proficient computer application skills
- Ability to create and conduct sales presentations required
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record within MVR policy guidelines
Job Duties
- Execute and close all sales calls
- sell incremental displays and equipment placements as well as promotional programs while ensuring dealer compliance
- maintain proper communication during and after sales calls
- maintain appropriate inventory levels as well as determine product needs
- maintain company assets and point of sale materials
- ensure accounts meet company merchandising standards
- place and transmit appropriate orders within existing geographical sales routes
- communicate account activities to appropriate parties
- transport, replace, and maintain point of sale advertising as appropriate for accounts
- periodically lift 50+ pounds with the ability to bend, reach, kneel and merchandise as needed
- build, change and remove product displays which will include but not limited to maintaining product signage, cleaning product spaces, and securing damaged or defective product
- act as an ambassador by answering questions, locating products, and providing assistance to consumers and store personnel
