Job Requirements

  • High school or GED required
  • Minimum of 1 year general work experience
  • Preferred 1+ years sales experience
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Capability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical merchandising tasks
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Proficiency in computer applications
  • Ability to deliver sales presentations

Job Qualifications

  • High school or GED required/bachelor degree preferred
  • 1+ years of general work experience
  • 1+ years previous sales experience preferred
  • Food/beverage industry experience a plus
  • Ability to handle multiple customer accounts
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills
  • Excellent planning and organization skills
  • Proficient computer application skills
  • Ability to create and conduct sales presentations required
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record within MVR policy guidelines

Job Duties

  • Execute and close all sales calls
  • sell incremental displays and equipment placements as well as promotional programs while ensuring dealer compliance
  • maintain proper communication during and after sales calls
  • maintain appropriate inventory levels as well as determine product needs
  • maintain company assets and point of sale materials
  • ensure accounts meet company merchandising standards
  • place and transmit appropriate orders within existing geographical sales routes
  • communicate account activities to appropriate parties
  • transport, replace, and maintain point of sale advertising as appropriate for accounts
  • periodically lift 50+ pounds with the ability to bend, reach, kneel and merchandise as needed
  • build, change and remove product displays which will include but not limited to maintaining product signage, cleaning product spaces, and securing damaged or defective product
  • act as an ambassador by answering questions, locating products, and providing assistance to consumers and store personnel
