Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience working with a warehouse management system (WMS) and interactive equipment
  • understanding of fulfillment and distribution models
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel tables and formulas
  • strong customer service skills
  • ability to analyze and manipulate large data sets
  • self-starter with great attention to detail
  • effective organizational and time management skills
  • ability to thrive under pressure
  • knowledge of quality assurance
  • 2 to 5 years of relevant experience depending on education level
  • ability to train employees on CGMP and OSHA regulations

Job Duties

  • Work directly with clients to assist and facilitate day-to-day operations
  • become an expert on client-specific accounts and their business needs
  • understand onboarding through account maturity
  • assist in expanding customers sales channels
  • build operational relationships with current customers
  • perform high volume of data entry
  • process bills of lading and associated paperwork
  • evaluate and resolve shipment discrepancies daily
  • plan and book freight shipments
  • educate and guide warehouse workers on operational processes
  • learn new and expand on current standard operating procedures
  • implement new concepts to strengthen operations
  • review transaction pricing based on rate tariffs
  • review and analyze transactional based reports
  • invoice clients on a cycled basis
  • train and oversee Operation Agents daily
  • manage customer service team members who assist with daily operations and customer experience
  • train employees in CGMP and OSHA regulations
  • build, manage, and maintain new reporting, processes, and functions to strengthen understanding and operation of customers
  • assist with client-based system setup and understand its effects across all platforms
  • collaborate with management to adopt new ideas, people, or systems to enhance customer experience
  • drive infrastructure growth from a customer and departmental base
  • develop entry level understanding of management principles
