Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in account management, client services, hospitality, events, sales, or operations support
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Willingness to work nights, weekends, and travel occasionally
- Proficiency in basic computer applications
- Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation
Job Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in account management, client services, hospitality, events, sales, or operations support
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working some nights/weekends and occasional travel as needed
Job Duties
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
- Build strong working relationships by understanding client needs and expectations
- Provide solutions and recommendations based on client requests and service capabilities
- Ensure clients understand applicable legal requirements and company policies related to their events
- Communicate event details, timelines, and client requests to operations and internal teams
- Ensure internal teams receive accurate and timely information needed for successful execution
- Track updates and changes to event plans and communicate them clearly
- Support compliance by helping clients follow legal requirements and company standards
- Reinforce expectations and requirements to help ensure events meet regulatory and internal guidelines
- Coordinate event logistics and details based on client needs and operational requirements
- Maintain organization across multiple events to support successful delivery and client satisfaction
- Identify opportunities to upsell services when appropriate
- Support relationship growth and help develop new client opportunities
- Collect, record, and process payments to support financial reconciliation
- Maintain accurate client records, documentation, and event information
- Generate and update proposals, contracts, and reports using internal templates and systems
