Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum 3 years B2B, direct selling or medical sales experience
  • Proven success with complex sales process
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Experience with multiple call points and decision makers
  • Completion of credentialing process and compliance with vaccine protocols when required

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum 3 years B2B, direct selling or medical sales experience, preferably within the acute care setting
  • Proven track record to effectively present key concepts and recommendations to customers in formal and informal settings
  • Strong analytical skills including pipeline management, territory analysis and territory management
  • Experience selling in an environment with multiple call points and decision makers within an account
  • Professional training program experience such as Challenger Selling

Job Duties

  • Generate territory plan of action to attain and achieve territory sales goals utilizing excellent sales skills, territory management skills and customer relationships
  • Educate end users on the clinical benefits of Smith & Nephew products
  • Deliver sales presentations to key customers and customer groups
  • Conduct product launches and dinners for identified customer groups
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, decision-makers and thought leaders
