Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in sales, partnerships, account management, recruitment, or education is a plus
  • Passion for the education sector and social impact companies
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high volume environment
  • Coachable with eagerness to learn
  • Positive team player with empathy and customer-service orientation

Job Duties

  • Managing and growing a portfolio of US school partnerships including generating paraprofessional and teacher roles
  • Upselling Zen products and services to school districts and charter schools
  • Reporting on key trends and feedback from schools and collaborating with Product team to implement improvements
  • Acting as the main point of contact for all school partnership stakeholders
  • Communicating daily with newly onboarded educators to place them in long-term or daily substitute roles
  • Engaging with educators in active roles to ensure satisfaction and retention through feedback and problem solving
  • Coaching educators and encouraging completion of company-provided training to enhance performance
