Job Requirements
- Full-time employment availability
- Ability to work hybrid in Denver with 2 days in office per week

- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
Job Qualifications
- Experience in sales, partnerships, account management, recruitment, or education is a plus
- Passion for the education sector and social impact companies
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high volume environment
- Coachable with eagerness to learn
- Positive team player with empathy and customer-service orientation
Job Duties
- Managing and growing a portfolio of US school partnerships including generating paraprofessional and teacher roles
- Upselling Zen products and services to school districts and charter schools
- Reporting on key trends and feedback from schools and collaborating with Product team to implement improvements
- Acting as the main point of contact for all school partnership stakeholders
- Communicating daily with newly onboarded educators to place them in long-term or daily substitute roles
- Engaging with educators in active roles to ensure satisfaction and retention through feedback and problem solving
- Coaching educators and encouraging completion of company-provided training to enhance performance
