Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience selling to ultra-high net worth individuals
  • Deep understanding of part 135 regulations including crew duty rest and safety ratings
  • Expert proficiency in CRM software such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive
  • Ability to manage a varied list of duties and tasks
  • Available weekends and nights for after-hours calls
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative and work independently
  • Highly organized and detail oriented
  • High degree of confidentiality and discretion

  • Highly organized and detail oriented
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
  • Availability for weekend and night calls

Job Duties

  • Identify and engage ultra-high net worth individuals through referrals, prospecting, and internal lead generation
  • Create and update retail trips, sending updates to clients and sharing information internally with Operations and Sales teams
  • Coordinate services for contracted retail trips including communication with vendors for catering, ground transportation, and other needs
  • Provide contingency planning and detailed flight tracking
  • Source aircraft options and prepare proposals for off-fleet recoveries
  • Act as a personal advocate for clients during mechanical or weather delays, securing recovery aircraft promptly
  • Develop and implement renewal strategies by monitoring client deposit use and proactively managing replenishment
