Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 6 years of sales experience, or Master’s degree with 4 years, or 10 years experience without degree for Account Executive II
- Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of relevant experience, or Master’s degree with 6+ years, or 12+ years without a degree for Senior Account Executive
- Proven hunter sales mentality with experience building pipeline and driving complex IT or cloud deals
- Experience selling IT, cloud, or managed services to decision-makers at all levels
- Experience in both indirect and direct sales organizations
- Willingness to travel 25-50% of the time
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with relevant sales experience
- Master’s degree preferred for senior roles
- Proven success in building pipeline through outbound activity
- Experience in selling IT, cloud, or managed services solutions
- Strong record in new business acquisition and consultative selling
- Experience in both channel and direct sales environments
- Ability to manage complex enterprise IT or cloud deals to closure
- Knowledge of AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud certifications preferred
- Industry expertise in Healthcare, Financial Services, SaaS, or E-Commerce is desirable
Job Duties
- Use direct sales execution and pipeline development skills to build net-new pipeline
- Drive outbound prospecting and convert qualified opportunities into closed business
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Build and manage a robust enterprise pipeline with a 5:1 funnel-to-quota ratio
- Develop and nurture relationships within AWS, Microsoft, and Google Cloud ecosystems
- Drive cloud and professional services sales through multiple go-to-market channels
- Identify client needs and propose tailored hybrid cloud and IT transformation solutions
- Utilize Salesforce to track prospects and provide actionable business insights
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and lead contract negotiations
- Stay informed about market trends and competitive positioning to refine sales strategies
