Job Requirements

  • 1-2 years experience in event and hospitality planning, sourcing, and execution with a hotel, convention center, DMC, production vendor, or 3rd party agency
  • agency experience required
  • experience with guest registration platforms such as Cvent
  • experience with client note-taking and internal project management
  • experience with ticketing is a plus
  • keen attention to detail, accuracy, and personal accountability
  • ability to communicate clearly and professionally both in writing and verbally
  • ability to proofread documents and provide quality control
  • comfort with presenting and speaking to clients
  • possess a strong work ethic and willingness to help with any tasks
  • problem-solving in complex situations
  • pleasant positive attitude
  • time management - ability to prioritize, organize, and manage multiple tasks
  • bi-lingual is a plus
  • an undergraduate degree from a 4-year college or university
  • advanced level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint

Job Duties

  • support the planning and management of guest event registrations, event communications, branding, ticketing, onsite experiences, talent appearances, VIP transportation, VIP hotel reservations, F&B, gifting, video content capture
  • support budget management, vendor sourcing, run-of-show development, and internal coordination
  • manage the creative ideation approval processes with key internal stakeholders and clients
  • develop presentation decks and client materials to support hospitality activations, event strategy, and implementation
  • travel required
