Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Prior experience in logistics or related industries preferred
  • Strong prospecting and negotiation skills
  • Ability to travel for trade shows and industry events
  • Self-motivated and results-driven
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to synthesize customer feedback effectively

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales or account management
  • Strong relationship-building skills
  • Familiarity with logistics or customs brokerage industry
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage full sales cycles independently
  • Experience using CRM tools such as HubSpot
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a founding team

Job Duties

  • Own the full sales cycle - prospecting, qualifying, running demos, and closing deals
  • Develop deep relationships in customs brokerage and logistics
  • Relentlessly prospect into a defined list of accounts
  • Evangelize Amari at trade shows and industry events, becoming a trusted voice in the space
  • Partner directly with the founder to iterate on messaging, pricing, and playbooks
  • Maintain clean pipeline hygiene in HubSpot - create opportunities, log next steps, keep stages current, and build lightweight dashboards to forecast and learn
  • Capture and synthesize product feedback from our prospects and customers for our product team
