Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 2 plus years experience in culinary, restaurant operations, or foodservice preferred
- Previous successful sales experience a plus
- Current driver license
- Ability to solve problems effectively
- Comfortable with technology and data analysis
- Knowledge of industry trends
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- English-Spanish bilingual preferred
Job Qualifications

- 2 plus years experience in culinary, restaurant operations, or foodservice preferred
- Previous successful sales experience a plus

- Demonstrated expertise in problem solving
- Comfortable using technology and analyzing customer data
- Knowledgeable on industry trends
- Expertise in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Must be flexible and willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- English-Spanish bilingual language skills preferred
Job Duties
- Prospect new customers and build a territory to grow the customer base
- Maintain current customer base and grow the share of the customer's business
- Support customer menu engineering
- Support food cost analysis to ensure waste reduction and improve customer profitability
- Consume and share market intelligence and industry trends
- Conduct product demonstration and comparisons by taking sample product to customer's restaurant or facility
- Facilitate demonstrations of capabilities to support the customer
- Share new product innovation through utilization of Shamrock resources
- Build multi-level relationships in the businesses served
- Keep accounts current by optimizing sales, service, delivery and collecting past-due balances
- Leverage technology for improved customer efficiency and enhanced customer experience
- Participate in ongoing training to continuously develop skills
- Perform other duties as assigned
