Job Requirements

  • BA/BS degree in marketing, business, or related field preferred
  • Emergency Medical Services (EMS) experience preferred
  • At least one year of business/private sector experience with demonstrated leadership skills
  • Valid state driver’s license
  • Must continuously meet GMR’s Driver Qualification Standards
  • Ability to travel regularly within assigned region
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in customer relationship management
  • Commitment to information systems security policies and procedures.

Job Qualifications

  • Emergency Medical Services (EMS) experience preferred

  • Combination of education and experience considered
  • Valid state driver’s license
  • Ability to meet GMR’s driver qualification standards
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in developing and maintaining client relationships
  • Experience in responding to Requests for Proposals
  • Willingness to travel as required.

Job Duties

  • Initiate and maintain routine contacts including visits, phone calls, and virtual meetings with existing clients to ensure smooth working relationships
  • Hire, train, and manage the day-to-day activities of Account Representatives when applicable
  • Build and retain solid relationships with personnel at various facilities to promote services and assist in identifying new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with Business Development, Finance, and Operations to evaluate, develop, and respond to Requests for Proposals
  • Work with Operations and Communication Centers to develop and implement service plans
  • Gather information on competitors and maintain a thorough understanding of the competitive landscape
  • Develop and implement an aggressive Operational Growth and Customer Retention plan with Business Development
  • Respond to and follow up on service inquiries from internal and external customers
  • Provide weekly updates on customer interactions
  • Travel within the assigned region and attend conferences, trade shows, and meetings as required
  • Adhere to information systems security policies and procedures.
