Job Requirements
- BA/BS degree in marketing, business, or related field preferred
- Emergency Medical Services (EMS) experience preferred
- At least one year of business/private sector experience with demonstrated leadership skills
- Valid state driver’s license
- Must continuously meet GMR’s Driver Qualification Standards
- Ability to travel regularly within assigned region
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in customer relationship management
- Commitment to information systems security policies and procedures.
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Initiate and maintain routine contacts including visits, phone calls, and virtual meetings with existing clients to ensure smooth working relationships
- Hire, train, and manage the day-to-day activities of Account Representatives when applicable
- Build and retain solid relationships with personnel at various facilities to promote services and assist in identifying new business opportunities
- Collaborate with Business Development, Finance, and Operations to evaluate, develop, and respond to Requests for Proposals
- Work with Operations and Communication Centers to develop and implement service plans
- Gather information on competitors and maintain a thorough understanding of the competitive landscape
- Develop and implement an aggressive Operational Growth and Customer Retention plan with Business Development
- Respond to and follow up on service inquiries from internal and external customers
- Provide weekly updates on customer interactions
- Travel within the assigned region and attend conferences, trade shows, and meetings as required
- Adhere to information systems security policies and procedures.
