Job Requirements
- 2-3 years developing AV and lighting proposals
- 5 years in the AV industry
- 1 year operating AV and lighting equipment
- Strong organization skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Proactive problem-solving abilities
Job Qualifications
- Experience in sales or account management within the live event or audiovisual industry
- Proven success in building client relationships and delivering solutions-based sales
- Strong technical knowledge of audiovisual equipment and live event production
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Familiarity with event logistics and cross-rental processes preferred
Job Duties
- Respond to customer inquiries and understand event requirements
- Develop and review proposals with Show Assistants
- Maintain continuous client contact and manage change requests
- Coordinate event logistics including site surveys and equipment validation
- Manage contracts and deposit processes
- Collaborate with logistics to confirm equipment availability and substitutions
- Review equipment readiness and authorize dispatch
- Prepare final documentation and support billing and client satisfaction follow-up
