Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- At least 7 years of experience in corporate events or experiential marketing
- Strong client relationship management skills
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams
- Proven experience managing large-scale events
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Effective communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of event production processes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Willingness to travel as required
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field
- Minimum of 7 years experience in corporate event management or experiential marketing
- Proven track record leading large-scale event programs
- Strong client consulting and relationship management skills
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic event plans
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities
- Experience working cross-functionally with creative and production teams
- Knowledge of industry trends and competitive landscape
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
- Proficient in event technology platforms and project management tools
Job Duties
- Lead and manage the corporate events and conferences strategy
- Contribute to and drive the vision for executing large-scale conferences, summits, tradeshows, internal meetings, and executive programs
- Work closely with senior leadership to define event objectives, target personas, success metrics, and ROI frameworks
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and internal cross-functional teams
- Navigate and address client or stakeholder concerns focusing on transparency, trust, and mutually acceptable solutions
- Develop a deep understanding of the client’s market, products, industry trends, and competitors
- Identify and implement strategies to drive efficiencies and create breakthrough work
- Partner with creative and production team leads on ideation, sell in, and execution
- Manage multiple priorities, clients, and projects simultaneously
- Establish best practices and scalable processes to optimize event operations
