Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field
  • Minimum of 7 years experience in experiential marketing or large-scale event management
  • Demonstrated success in client consulting and event execution
  • Strong knowledge of industry trends and competitor landscape
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in fast-paced environments
  • Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
  • Proficiency with event management software and digital collaboration tools

Job Qualifications

  • Experience leading complex event programs including large-scale conferences and corporate events
  • Proven ability to develop and execute strategic event plans that drive measurable business impact
  • Strong client consulting and relationship management skills
  • Deep understanding of experiential marketing and event production best practices
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with creative, production, and delivery teams
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with market research and analysis to guide client strategy

Job Duties

  • Lead and manage the corporate events and conferences strategy
  • Contribute to and drive the vision for executing large-scale conferences, summits, tradeshows, internal meetings, and executive programs
  • Work closely with senior leadership to define event objectives, target personas, success metrics, and ROI frameworks
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and internal cross-functional teams
  • Navigate and address client or stakeholder concerns with integrity and focus on solutions
  • Foster a culture of transparency, trust, collaboration, and continuous improvement
  • Identify and implement strategies to drive efficiencies and create breakthrough work
