Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field
- Minimum of 7 years experience in experiential marketing or large-scale event management
- Demonstrated success in client consulting and event execution
- Strong knowledge of industry trends and competitor landscape
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in fast-paced environments
- Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
- Proficiency with event management software and digital collaboration tools
Job Qualifications
- Experience leading complex event programs including large-scale conferences and corporate events
- Proven ability to develop and execute strategic event plans that drive measurable business impact
- Strong client consulting and relationship management skills
- Deep understanding of experiential marketing and event production best practices
- Ability to collaborate effectively with creative, production, and delivery teams
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with market research and analysis to guide client strategy
Job Duties
- Lead and manage the corporate events and conferences strategy
- Contribute to and drive the vision for executing large-scale conferences, summits, tradeshows, internal meetings, and executive programs
- Work closely with senior leadership to define event objectives, target personas, success metrics, and ROI frameworks
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and internal cross-functional teams
- Navigate and address client or stakeholder concerns with integrity and focus on solutions
- Foster a culture of transparency, trust, collaboration, and continuous improvement
- Identify and implement strategies to drive efficiencies and create breakthrough work
