Job Duties

  • Meet and/or exceed line specific annual sales plan
  • Meet and/or exceed seasonal gift and event goals
  • Manage gift goals and promotional calendar
  • Plan, execute, and exceed localized and national makeup artistry events
  • Analyze and monitor sales per hour, units per transaction, and credit application goals
  • Minimize shrinkage including damages and RTVs
  • Develop and coach counter managers and associates
  • Monitor associate scorecard results and create coaching plans
  • Recruit, hire, train, and coach beauty advisor talent
  • Ensure utilization of concierge and clientele development
  • Recognize top performers and coach underperformers
  • Deliver sales associate training
  • Communicate sales opportunities and business updates to leadership and vendor
  • Conduct regular store visits with brand focus
  • Build relationships to drive sales
  • Maintain communication with field and corporate leadership
  • Participate in leadership calls and business meetings
  • Follow visual merchandising standards
  • Ensure timely floor setup for promotions
  • Coordinate execution of in-store promotional events
  • Inspect counter standards and stockrooms
