Job Duties
- Meet and/or exceed line specific annual sales plan
- Meet and/or exceed seasonal gift and event goals
- Manage gift goals and promotional calendar
- Plan, execute, and exceed localized and national makeup artistry events
- Analyze and monitor sales per hour, units per transaction, and credit application goals
- Minimize shrinkage including damages and RTVs
- Develop and coach counter managers and associates
- Monitor associate scorecard results and create coaching plans
- Recruit, hire, train, and coach beauty advisor talent
- Ensure utilization of concierge and clientele development
- Recognize top performers and coach underperformers
- Deliver sales associate training
- Communicate sales opportunities and business updates to leadership and vendor
- Conduct regular store visits with brand focus
- Build relationships to drive sales
- Maintain communication with field and corporate leadership
- Participate in leadership calls and business meetings
- Follow visual merchandising standards
- Ensure timely floor setup for promotions
- Coordinate execution of in-store promotional events
- Inspect counter standards and stockrooms
