  • bachelor’s degree preferred
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • ability to learn quickly while demonstrating strong attention to detail
  • technical aptitude
  • self-starter mindset

  • strong organizational and time management skills
  • proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Salesforce experience a plus
  • knowledge of online advertising concepts a plus
  • knowledge of HTML and JavaScript a plus

Job Duties

  • Provide exceptional customer service to external clients
  • develop an understanding and mastery of all internal tools
  • become an expert on the DV+ platform and leverage knowledge to educate both clients and internal teams on best practices
  • troubleshoot and resolve client and platform related issues by partnering with technical teams
  • provide prompt external client communications for all inquiries within SLAs
  • develop strong working relationships and effectively communicate with internal and external teams
  • work closely and collaboratively with the internal Account Teams to ensure the best possible resolution for the client
  • liaise with publishers to oversee proper integration onto the DV+ platform
  • utilize Salesforce to manage a queue of requests and track progress
