Job Requirements
- No formal education or prior experience required
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- Ability to speak effectively with coworkers, supervisors and guests
- Ability to perform basic math operations including addition, subtraction, multiplication and division
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions in written, oral or diagram form
- Ability to handle problems involving concrete variables in standardized situations
- Current King County Food Handlers Card
- Current CPR/First Aid Certification or ability to obtain
- Valid Driver's License to be authorized to drive camp vehicles (not required)
- Ability to stand, walk, and/or sit for extended periods
- Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds occasionally
- Specific vision abilities including close, distance, color, peripheral vision, and depth perception
- Required to live on camp premises in staff housing
- Must maintain regular attendance and adhere to scheduled shifts

Job Duties
- Perform assigned duties safely and efficiently in harmony with the Food Service Team
- Know and follow safe food handling practices with a valid food handlers' card
- Prepare, deliver, set up and clean up Snack/Catering requests and special events
- Work as a team to ensure daily setup, monitoring and cleanup of customer contact and back of house work areas including setting tables, buffet lines, salad bar and drink stations according to set standards
- Stock, restock and serve foods, beverages, snacks and supplies as needed
- Clean dining room, kitchen, serving areas and dish room
- Clean sleeping and meeting rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, stairways and other work areas
- Set up tables and chairs in auditorium and meeting rooms
- Dust and wipe down surfaces
- Make beds and prepare sleeping rooms for next guests
- Empty trash and recycle bins from sleeping rooms and common areas
