Job Description
SkyWest is currently seeking dedicated Accessory Shop Technicians to join the 206 Crew. This role is crucial in maintaining the aesthetic and functional integrity of aircraft cabin interiors, making sure passengers experience a clean and well-maintained environment. Technicians in this position perform component replacement and maintenance on cabin appearance items, following manufacturer maintenance manuals and SkyWest's General Maintenance Manual (GMM). Working under the supervision of the maintenance department, these professionals ensure all tasks are completed within a safe and efficient timeline to support overall flight safety.

Job Requirements
- Valid state-issued driver’s license
- pass pre-placement background check and drug screen
- legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
- read, write, and understand English
- mechanical experience or aptitude
- ability to work well with others
- willing to work any assigned shift including weekends
- able to lift 75 lbs from floor to chest height with or without accommodation
- reliable and punctual attendance
- full-time availability
- ability to work nightshift on 206 crew from 9 pm to 7 am
- Department of Transportation safety-sensitive position
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- mechanical experience or aptitude
- knowledge of manufacturer maintenance manuals and SkyWest GMM
- ability to maintain a clean and safe work environment
- teamwork and communication skills
- ability to use and maintain tools and equipment safely
- willingness to work night shifts and overtime
Job Duties
- Audit and maintain aircraft cabin interior appearance
- perform component replacement and maintenance on appearance items according to manufacturer manuals and SkyWest GMM
- maintain assigned work area cleanliness and free of hazards
- keep tools and support equipment clean, safe, and operational
- wear eye and ear protection as necessary to safeguard sight and hearing
- be available to work any shift and overtime if necessary
- comply with company safety and quality standards
