Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- relevant experience preferred
- fluent in computer skills
- able to communicate effectively in a calm, polite, courteous manner
- ability to carry out instructions in written, oral, or diagrammatic form

- good telephone and computer manners
- adaptability to organizational changes

- must pass background, reference checks, and controlled substance testing
- must meet company licensing requirements if applicable
- availability to work 5am-5pm or 5pm-5am shifts

Job Duties
- Determines nature and countermeasures to problems encountered at the client’s facility
- communicates with professional medical personnel at emergency treatment facility
- dispatches emergencies to emergency personnel for immediate response
- operates all equipment and computer programs in Central Security such as fire alarm, CCTV, radio console
- distributes pool vehicles to staff
- coordinates access control programs including badge access and gate entry/exit verifications
- distributes locks/keys to authorized individuals
- controls the public address system for evacuations and alerts
- controls access through admittance process and screens visitors and employees
- provides courteous and respectful interaction with all employees and visitors
- monitors entrances and exits to prevent unauthorized entry
- protects evidence or incident scenes and provides direction as needed
- prepares logs and reports
- observes and reports suspicious activity
- ensures property removal complies with policy and client standards
- performs other client and company-specified duties as required
