Job Requirements
- minimum of 5 years experience in hotel management or related field
- bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or equivalent
- strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- excellent communication abilities
- proficiency in budgeting and financial management
- knowledge of health and safety regulations
- availability to work flexible hours as needed
