Job Duties

  • lead and manage hotel operations to ensure high-quality guest experiences
  • supervise front office activities and customer service protocols
  • oversee maintenance and repair of hotel facilities and equipment
  • manage culinary staff and kitchen operations to maintain food standards
  • coordinate food and beverage service and promotional activities
  • develop and implement sales and marketing strategies
  • organize and execute catering and event sales initiatives
  • build and maintain client relationships to drive hotel revenue
