Job Requirements
- bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field
- minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel management or similar roles
- strong leadership capabilities
- excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- proficiency with hotel management software and Microsoft Office
- strong communication skills
- commitment to ethical and inclusive workplace practices

Job Duties
