Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in related department preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

- Provide excellent customer service to guests
- Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth daily hotel operations
- Follow safety protocols and company policies
