Job Duties
- Conducts detailed review of undergraduate students' academic standing and determines correct status including dismissal, probation, notice, or good standing
- Communicates academic standing to students and outlines conditions to maintain status
- Provides regular academic standing reports to assistant dean, advisors, and campus partners
- Conducts monthly reviews for grade changes affecting standing
- Uploads academic standing records at semester end and after 20th day to capture student changes
- Collaborates with Office of the University Registrar for standing updates and schedule drops
- Reviews and decides on readmission and admission eligibility for dismissed or transferring students
- Acts on student petitions for exceptions to readmission policy
- Trains new staff on academic standing policies
- Conducts academic standing workshops and informational sessions
- Manages enrollment holds related to academic standing
- Determines eligibility for College Dean's Honor Roll each semester
- Coordinates creation and maintenance of training materials for CUAS staff, faculty, and advisors
- Schedules and manages training sessions and presenters
- Conducts post-training assessments for improvement
- Plans and executes student engagement events, arranging logistics and team coordination
- Provides data support and creates comparison reports for CUAS initiatives
- Maintains and updates College Undergraduate Academic Services and main College websites
- Manages bulletin boards and electronic displays
- Produces quarterly newsletters and office branded materials
- Places and removes enrollment blocking holds
- Provides academic support at Orientation Headquarters
- Performs other duties as assigned
