This family maintains a large, luxurious estate approximately 15,000 square feet in size, featuring 7 bedrooms and 11 bathrooms, demanding dedicated and detail-oriented housekeeping professionals to join their well-established household team. Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in luxury private homes
- english fluency required spanish a plus
- physically capable of managing housekeeping tasks
- able to work rotational shifts including weekends
- willing and able to travel between florida and new york
- must be pet-friendly
- able to spend june through september in the hamptons
- valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- legal authorization to work in the us

Job Duties
- perform deep and light cleaning including dusting mopping and vacuuming
- sanitize kitchen surfaces appliances and bathrooms
- manage laundry care including delicate and couture items
- steam and iron garments and linens
- pack and unpack belongings for principals
- care for fine furnishings fabrics and fine art
- change linens and make beds
- organize household spaces
- provide light plant care and watering
- feed and clean up after household pets
- manage physical demands including navigating stairs and lifting up to 25-30 lbs
- maintain discretion and privacy in all tasks
- keep the home in guest-ready condition at all times
- communicate with household team via group iMessages
