Job Requirements
- BA or BS degree
- 5 years' experience in aviation supply chain, MRO, or related field
- Program or project management experience with USG organizations
- Strong communication skills
- Proven experience working with geographically dispersed teams
- Familiarity with MS Excel data tools and Tableau
- Strong understanding of aircraft material analysis and demand forecasting
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in high-demand environments
- US citizen able to obtain base access clearances
Job Qualifications
- Program or project management experience particularly with USG organizations
- BA or BS degree with 5 years' experience in aviation supply chain, MRO, or related field
- Strong communication skills with ability to establish positive relationships with customers and suppliers
- Proven ability to work with geographically dispersed teams delivering positive results
- Familiarity with MS Excel data tools such as pivot tables, vlookup, macros
- Experience with database software such as Tableau
- Strong understanding of aircraft material analysis and demand forecasting
- Ability to excel in fast-paced, high-demand environments with effective prioritization and multitasking
- US citizenship and ability to obtain base access clearances
Job Duties
- Oversee and manage the operational aspects of ongoing activities and serve as liaison between the program team, supply chain management team, and the customer
- Work with business analytics team to ensure material demand forecasts align with scheduled and unscheduled maintenance requirements
- Assess customer data and perform assessment of configuration change impacts to supply support system
- Analyze post-production supply chain data to define reorder points and quantities, and coordinate economy of purchases
- Identify and resolve customer supply chain management issues including obsolescence and discrepancies
- Assess on-site project issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals
- Develop mechanisms for monitoring project progress for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients
- Collaborate on and monitor performance of Performance Work Statement
- Monitor program performance and risks, identify problem areas or opportunities for improvement, and recommend solutions
- Assist in tracking program KPIs and preparing for program reviews
