- Minimum four years of hotel sales experience or a four-year college degree plus two years related experience or a two-year degree plus four years hotel sales experience
- Supervisory experience required

Job Duties
- Greet every guest and team member with genuine warmth, professionalism, and a friendly demeanor
- Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality for all shifts and daily sales meetings
- Uphold a sharp, brand-compliant appearance and adhere to grooming and dress code standards
- Ensure safe and efficient operational practices by following company rules and regulations
- Actively participate in and lead monthly all-employee meetings, weekly staff huddles, and special functions
- Provide training to sales staff using proven training methods to enhance team capabilities
- Drive sales strategies across the portfolio to meet revenue goals and enhance overall performance
