Job Requirements

- 2 to 3 years of progressive experience in hotel or related field

Job Qualifications
- At least 2 to 3 years of progressive experience in a hotel or a related field

Job Duties
- Approach all encounters with guests and associates in a friendly, service-oriented manner
- maintain regular attendance in compliance with Aimbridge Hospitality standards
- maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming
- maintain a friendly and warm demeanor at all times
- comply with Aimbridge Hospitality standards and regulations
- establish and maintain good communications and teamwork with associates and departments
- monitor VIP and special guest requests
- execute front desk computer system and checklist tasks
- be familiar with PMS system
- monitor cash overages and shortages
- follow and enforce company policies
- ensure employees are attentive and courteous
- assist in staff scheduling
- assist food and beverage, front desk, and housekeeping departments
- assist in training new hires and associates
- assist Front Office Manager in standards compliance
- be familiar with emergency procedures
- assist in monthly inventories and reconciliations
- follow up on accidents and guest complaints
- answer guest inquiries promptly
- help maintain productivity levels
- perform other duties and attend trainings as required
- handle cash and secure banking functions
- interact with guests and colleagues
