Job Requirements

  • 2-year college degree with 3 or more years of related experience or 4-year college degree with at least 1 year of related experience
  • 3-5 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field preferably with supervisory experience
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations maintaining composure and objectivity
  • Compliance with certification requirements such as Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid
  • Effective problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Availability to work overtime as required
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities

Job Qualifications

  • Demonstrated ability to handle stressful and high-pressure situations with composure

  • Compliance with required certifications such as Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid

  • Motivate, coach, and guide the front desk team to maintain high standards
  • Handle guest concerns and resolve issues promptly with calm and effective problem solving
  • Manage room revenue and maintain organizational systems accurately
  • Ensure compliance with certification requirements and company policies
  • Support smooth front office operations and maintain a positive work environment
  • Collaborate with other departments to enhance guest satisfaction
