Job Duties
- Create warm, memorable dining moments by greeting guests with a smile, taking accurate orders, and ensuring needs are met
- Know the menu inside and out including ingredients, dietary requirements, and daily specials
- Deliver food and drinks quickly and accurately while maintaining attention to detail
- Manage multiple tables simultaneously while keeping the service area clean and organized
- Handle payment transactions accurately and follow company security and payment protocols
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the dining area according to hygiene regulations
- Stay physically energized and on feet during shifts, lifting, bending, and moving as required
